Tia Razon, Co-founder and CEO

Tia has over 25 years of business experience in high-tech, including over 19 years in senior management, working for a multi-billion dollar Silicon Valley chip company. Tia led new business development initiatives, managed large-scale software development projects and pioneered the outsourcing offshore of software projects. Tia is now leading CRF to carry through the mission of assisting in the most direct way possible, those who need the most help. For fun, Tia bakes gluten-free bread and pastries for a growing base of autistic kids and enthusiastic parents.

Horacio Pleno – Director

Horacio has over 30 years experience working with Fortune 500 companies. His work includes finance management on Wall Street as well as work in high tech Silicon Valley. He has formed his own tax consulting company and continues to work with his alma matter, Stanford University, on other philanthropic projects to help the environment. Horacio dedicates much of his time to look after finance, governance and compliance for CRF.

Diane Labrador – Co-founder and Vice President


Diane has over 35 years of work experience, both on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley. She is currently a senior Director in the finance organization of a technology Fortune 100 company in the valley. Her expertise is in the management and assessment of enterprise risk and related exposures. She also currently serves on Customer and Client Advisory boards for 2 other multinational companies.

Christopher Dean – Director


Chris is currently the CEO and founder of PureShare, Inc, a technology company based out of Ottawa, Canada. PureShare is a model of an organically-grown startup, profitable after 3 years of operation under Chris’ leadership. Today, PureShare serves a base of multi-national customers including VISA, Time-Warner, NYSE/Euronext, American Express and FritoLay. As a member of the board, Chris contributes business insight and vision to CRF, and as well, provides key technology and infrastructure support to the organization.

Richard Razon – Volunteer and International Liason


Rich serves as a volunteer for CRF, responsible for forging relationships with educational and charitable institutions, as well as growing CRF’s roster of partner programs. Rich has over 25 years of experience in enterprise automation in many industries including transportation, banking, education, utilities, aviation and defense. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded a successful telecommunications software company and in his latest venture, is responsible for business development for a software company focused on metrics and performance management. Rich is both a pilot and an avid horseman.
