Donations enroute for Typhoon Haiyan victims

posted Jan 16, 2014, 8:13 PM by Tia Razon
Program Manager, Sheila Sardi, preparing donations for the children affected by Typhoon Haiyan. 1500 pounds of children's reading books, crayons, art supplies, stuffed animals, clothing plus lots of boy's shoes and T shirts (a large generous donation from Atlas Skateboards! THANK YOU!) were shipped today.   Donations will be distributed through our partners, KNK (Children without Borders), who are setting up a Child Friendly Space for those displaced by the typhoon in the island of Samar. A safe area where the children can play during the day. Thousands of families remain without homes relying on international aid to get their lives back together again.
