Tia Razon Co-Founder and CEO                              

Tia has over 30 years of business experience in high tech, including over 20 years in management, working for a multi billion dollars Silicon Valley chip company. She has led new business development initiatives, managed large scale software development projects and led the creation of overseas  software divisions.  She is now leading CRF on it's mission to assist in the most direct way possible, those who need the most help. 
Tia is also a gluten-free pastry chef for a growing base of autistic kids and their enthusiastic parents.


Horacio Pleno, Director                                         

Horacio has over 30 years of experience in Fortune 500 Companies his work includes management on Wall Street as well as work in Silicon Valley. He continues to work with his alma matter, Stanford University, on other philanthropic projects. 
Horacio has over 30 years experience working with Fortune 500 companies. His work includes finance projects to help the environment. As a CPA, Horacio dedicates much of his time to look after finance, governance and compliance for CRF.


Rich Razon, International Liaison                                          

Rich is
 responsible for forging relationships with educational and charitable institutions as well as grow CRF's roster of partner programs. Rich has over 30 years experience in enterprise automation in many industries including transportation, banking, telecommunication, education, utilities, aviation and defense. He co-founded a successful telecommunication company and in his latest venture is responsible for business development for a software company focused on metrics and performance management. Rich is also a pilot and avid horseman.

Ryen Motzek, Marketing Contributor                         

Ryen assists 
the foundation in fundraising, marketing, and advertising efforts. He is a graduate of the Academy of Art University in San Francisco with a BA in Advertising. A  serial entrepreneur, he has launched several successful businesses. He is an avid skateboarder with a great appreciation for design, architecture and never misses out on an opportunity for world travel.

Diane Labrador, Co-Founder and Vice President      

Diane has over 35 years of work experience, both on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley. She is currently a senior Director in the finance organization of a technology Fortune 100 company in the valley. Her expertise is in the management and assessment of enterprise risk and related exposures. She also currently serves on Customer and Client Advisory boards for 2 other multinational companies.


Christopher Dean, Director                      

Chris is
the CEO and founder of PureShare, Inc, a technology company based out of Ottawa, Canada. PureShare is a model of an organically-grown startup, profitable after 3 years of operation under Chris’ leadership. Today, PureShare serves a base of multi-national customers including VISA, Time-Warner, NYSE/Euronext, American Express and FritoLay. 
As a member of  the board, Chris contributes business insight and vision to CRF, and as well, provides key technology and infrastructure support to the organization.

Sheila Sardi, Program Manager                     

Sheila has been with the foundation sin
ce it's inception. Through her dedication and tireless efforts the children's book program has grown to reach thousands of children in the Philippines. Sheila has a lifetime of work experience in the Silicon Valley. She also is an active member of "The Choral Project", a nonprofit organization who's vision is to "Heal our world through music and words".
